Our emotional state is like choosing a restaurant to dine at, and we have the power to choose our emotional experiences.

There are restaurants of mood and emotions that we have the opportunity to dine at each day...but it starts with a choice. We'll explore how those choices affect us and answer questions to help us understand where we've been patterned to go and why.

We'll ask ourselves questions and have real conversations. What "emotional state" restaurant do you go to most often? What menu options do you typically order? How do those choices affect your thought-life and your day?

An awareness of our emotional state and the ability to intentionally design our emotional experiences are key to living a fulfilling life-one you don't need a vacation from!

Practical steps such as recognizing where we've been dining emotionally, taking time to think and decide, and making a final restaurant choice, can help us shape our experiences.
