Want to help your child and learn the NUMBER ONE thing you can do as a parent this school year to set your child up for success? Today we peel back the curtain as I share my 20-year veteran “teacher top-tip” to give you the ONE thing to prioritize this school year to gift your child the confidence and skills to grow into life-long learners.

As the smell of freshly sharpened pencils and easy, quick back-to-school breakfasts percolates the air, we find ourselves in the role helping guide our families and ourselves to prepare for a new school year. As ambitious, purpose-focused mamas, we want to do it well but often don’t know what to prioritize. We’re battling all the emotions of taking very little ones to loving child cares, dropping off our babies at preschool, wiping away tears as we walk them into kindergarten, or checking off the usual boxes for navigating another year of elementary school.

Each season comes with its own emotions and the biggest struggle I often see parents have is, “What’s really important to focus on for my child this year?”

We can’t do “all the things” but we can learn and do a few things well in order to set our kids up for a bright and successful future.

So sit back mama, grab a cup of coffee and give yourself space and grace as you sit down with your teacher friend today to learn the ONE powerful shift that you can do this year that will ripple for a lifetime when it comes to your child’s cognitive, social, and emotional success.

Using my decades of experience in education along with my particular qualifications in the early education field, I’ll give you strategies for the school year and spill the secret of the ONE small change you can makes a monumental impact.

Our conversation covers how this shift looks in a variety of age groups, from infants through elementary school. At the end, you’ll be equipped and empowered to better help your child become a confident, successful, life-long learner.
